Delete Your Picassa Account

You can permanently delete your Picassa account and the data associated with it from the app or by contacting our support team.

Delete in the Picassa app

Open Picassa and go to Settings or Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Follow the confirmation instructions.

Request deletion by email

Email hello@picassa.app from the email address associated with your account and use the subject “Delete My Picassa Account.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

We delete your Picassa account, uploaded photos and videos, generated outputs, prompts, generation history, saved assets, device notification tokens, and account-linked profile and usage data.

What may be retained

Records required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations may be retained for the period required by law. Backups may take up to 30 days to expire after deletion. App-store purchase and subscription records are also retained by Google Play or Apple under their own policies.

Deleting your Picassa account does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription. Cancel subscriptions through Google Play or your Apple ID settings.
