Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Picassa, an AI photo and video editor operated by Henesys Inc. By using Picassa, you agree to use the app responsibly and only with content you have the right to upload and edit.
AI Editing
Picassa generates results from your uploaded photos and prompts. AI outputs can vary and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every use.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Picassa to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content. We may limit access when needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Apple Terms
For iOS subscriptions, Apple's standard end user license agreement may also apply: Apple Standard EULA.
